STUDIO DESIGN
BETBOOM DACHA DOTA 2
DUBAI 2024
BetBoom Dacha Dota 2, organized by FISSURE broadcasting studio in 2024 in Dubai, proved to be significantly more challenging. Our team once again handled decorations and trophy set creation, with quantities nearly doubling. We designed 10 separate zones: the main stage acting as a battleground for the teams, 5 commentator areas, 2 interview setups, a player and guest lounge, and an interactive zone for fans to play Dota 2 against professional esport players.

GESAMT served not only as art directors but also as technical specialists, producing documentation for each set and providing technical support until the event's conclusion. This time, the theme for the event drew visual inspiration from the concept of a mysterious catastrophe overtaking a college setting—the crevasse in our universe that created fragmentation and otherworldly leakage. We seamlessly integrated this fragmented reality with Dota 2's narrative, evident in specific artifacts across all setups. The trophy set was hand-made from forged metal and carved wood to support the mysterious and cinematic theme of the set design.
